February 5, 2002 - Labine Promoted to Vice President of Construction and Development
Sandy Treat, President of Summit Habitats, Inc, recently announced that Todd Labine, a Senior Project Manager with the company since 1996, was promoted to Vice President of Construction and Development. Todd will be working with the team of Project Managers to oversee the building of custom homes as well as evaluating development opportunities.

Before he joined Summit Habitats, Inc., Labine gained experience in many aspects of the construction and development industry, ranging from site selection to construction management. Once joining Summit Habitats,he immediately became a key figure in the organization with the successful completion of the Club Cottages in Cordillera, as well as numerous custom homes and development projects. A promotion to senior project manager in 2000 increased the scope of his job within the company.

As Vice President of Construction and Development, Labine's reponsibilities are to oversee the building of hand-crafted custom homes that are the specialty of Summit Habitats and to evaluate the development opportunities for the company.

Labine resides in Eagle-Vail with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, Parker and Eva.
