Summit Habitats Named Finalist in Best Of American Living

A custom residence located in Bachelor Gulch has been selected for a platinum award in the 2001 Best in American Living Awards, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders and Professional Builder Magazine. The 10,400 square foot residence features an exterior of native moss rock and Engleman Spruce logs with large clusters of windows to capture Gore Range Mountain views. The interiors impress with soaring stone fireplaces, 20 feet ceilings, antique spanish oak floors and finishes ranging from italian marble to sandstone. An open floor plan creates a more relaxed and casual feel to the ski-in/ ski-out vacation home, which was designed by Alm Architects. Interiors are by Slifer Designs.
